Emma Cuadrado — Movement Coach, Barre Instructor and Founder of Emma Cuadrado Coaching.

My background is in professional dance, and movement has always been part of my life. After maternity leave, I discovered barre — and it changed my relationship with exercise. What began as a physical practice quickly became something deeper: a way to rebuild strength, reconnect with my body, and move with confidence again.

That experience shaped how I coach today.

I believe movement should support your life, not drain it. It should help you feel capable, balanced and grounded — not exhausted, judged or pushed beyond what your body needs.

My Coaching Blends:

• Functional, alignment-focused movement

• Balance and posture work

• Breath awareness and mind–body connection

Classes are thoughtfully structured, technique-led and inclusive — designed to meet you where you are, while helping you build strength and confidence over time.

I work with women at many life stages, including postnatal, peri- and post-menopause, and those returning to movement after a break. My focus is always on how movement feels, not just how it looks.

Clients often come to me wanting to “get fitter” — but stay because they feel:

• Stronger and more stable in their bodies

• More confident in how they move

• More aware of posture, breath and balance

• Supported rather than pushed

This is movement that carries over into daily life — lifting, walking, standing, working, parenting, resting.

I have recently lost some weight and I needed a class that was good for toning. This class is perfect for that, in that time I have noticed that my body shape has changed and I'm seeing more definition. I cannot recommend this class enough to all levels of fitness. Emma is a great teacher and really watches your technique to make sure you are getting the best from the class.
